Question: Why does my workstation only display in Full-Screen Mode?

Answer: STRIC Access requires your PC to have Microsoft .Net 3.5 Framework installed. Please consult with your IT Representative and install the following on your PC:

Microsoft .Net 3.5 Framework Installer 

Select 'Run' on the File Download dialog box.

Select 'Run' on the Security dialog box, as well.

You can print the License Agreement and read over it. Click "I have read and ACCEPT..." then click 'Install'.

Once the install finishes, click 'Exit'.

Question: What is the Single Sign-On Toolbar for?

Answer: Your Single Sign-On Toolbar is designed to simplify the log-in process by programming your password information. After the initial set-up, your Single Sign-On Toolbar will automatically sign you in. To find out more information, click here.

Question: Do physicians have access to UpToDate within STRIC Access?

Answer: Yes. Physicians can access UpToDate by clicking on the Clinical Reference icon located on the desktop of your STRIC Access Workstation.

Clinical Reference also gives physicians access to Clinical Pharmacology, Lexicomp, journals and other reference material.
